Job Responsibilities 1.      Error and Degradation Audit and analysis of SDH,DWDM and OTN Network. 2.      Coordination with Operation , Planning, NOC team for faster closure within SLA for Error and Degradation cases. 3.      Proactive Performance Monitoring and anlysis. 4.      POC of New Product and share observations to planning team and track for closure. 5.      To provide network AT clearance as per network plan for DWDM

Job Responsibilities • Consistently direct and support the team to provide efficient handling of cases and to document issues appropriately. • Coach, train and develop staff on current and future operational/network requirements under guidance of NOC Head and ensure team proficiency in 24 x7 surveillance and Incident management. • Customer complaints resolution within time line for Enterprise, Mobility and Tele-media and
