– Work with immediate supervisor to create digital content for digital marketing campaigns
and information drives
– Create drafts of digital designs
– Improve designs for both External & Internal Customers
– Provide various graphic designs for SRTD
– Creation of digital content to cascade/inform all sales groups
Advices on best practices for visual communications and provides technical expertise regarding graphic design software, layout and color management
– Bachelors degree on in graphic design (preferred)
– Strong portfolio of previous work
– adobe photoshop experience
– Photography and typography skills
– understanding of digital marketing guidelines on real estate is a must
– Gather and prepare accurate content from various sections of the department
– Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
– Create digital materials aligned with content and timeline requirements
– Cascade digital information through various communication platforms
