Account Manager (Sales Representative) – Risk Solutions

As an Account Manager (Sales Representative) at Bureau van Dijk in Copenhagen you will be part of one of the world leading providers of sophisticated business intelligence. You will have the opportunity to develop your expertise in a rapidly growing industry and play an indispensable role to our multinational clients. Our state of the art databases and software that cover all areas within business intelligence help our clients minimize risk, make complex analyses and identify business opportunities in the areas of e.g. credit, procurement and compliance.
We are currently looking for an additional team member who can contribute to our high growth rates, joining a fun and collaborative team and working in a flexible office environment located in the heart of Copenhagen. We are looking for a highly motivated team player eager to learn and develop. Background from the compliance industry and/or consultative solution selling is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target and manage the region’s largest multinationals and financial institutions
  • Deliver the entire sales process from prospecting to implementation
  • Retain and grow revenue within existing client base
  • Manage complex processes with senior decision makers in global organizations
  • Create interest and conduct meetings and negotiations on specialist and senior management level
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively develop and sustain in-depth knowledge of Bureau van Dijk’s products and services, industry trends and competition

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills (desired but not required)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record in selling complex solutions to international corporations, preferably in the areas of business intelligence, compliance, risk management or master data management
  • Experience of translating product functionality into client value
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time management and organizational skills
  • Self-driven, ambitious and outgoing personality
  • Fluency in English is required, Danish and/or Norwegian is desirable
  • The position requires travelling, mainly in the Nordic region.
