Better requires process discipline and simplification

We’ll be looking to you to compile financial data for use in maintaining accounting records and to perform standard bookkeeping functions. This includes being involved in the preparation of standardized and specialized reports, investigation variances, and communicating with various business partners daily. Self-motivated and driven, you’ll actively participate in process improvement projects ensuring effective accounting operations and compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulations.

For this role, we require you to have a degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field and have 2-3 years of experience in accounting. This is a busy environment, and the ability to handle a high volume of information is needed. We also need you to be flexible and quick learner. You must also be comfortable with Microsoft Excel and have a good level of English language. Experience in financial reporting would be an advantage.

Annual base salary gross: 15,510 – 27,386 EUR

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.  The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
