THE ROLE
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, this contract position will provide accounts payable support and administer payments on behalf of the organisation.
You’ll be responsible for:
- AP tasks using S4HANA as directed in relation to various AP functions
- Executing controls to maintain the integrity of the payables process
- High provision of customer service to internal and external contacts in a professional manner
- Provide analysis and reporting on targets and objectives
- Exception handling
- High volume processing through Validation Client
- High volume processing through VIM
- Customer Service
IS THIS YOU?
To be considered for this role, you have or can show through the work you’ve done:
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in a high-volume transactional environment
- Experience using SAP, especially S4/HANA
- Embrace change, adaptable and highly motivated
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Continuous improvement mindset, big picture thinking
- Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Office – mainly Excel
- Commitment to be a team player
- Investigative, takes ownership to deliver the best overall decision for the business and customer
