Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of our office run smoothly. You’ll get to know different areas of the business through administration support of our onshore colleagues.
Welcome to Facilities Management
You’ll be part of the Facilities Management department where you, together with two other offices, will support our local and regional onshore offices, with a direct connection to our Global Facilities group around the world.
You’ll play an important role in:
- serving as ‘first point of contact’ for office front desk
- acting as a liaison between building managers and Ørsted Facilities
- administering basic onsite IT support, and act as onsite liaison for our IT team
- facilitating office administration responsibility such as inventory, mail services, maintenance of office equipment, and clerical support as needed.
- organizing meetings, gatherings, and company events (as needed).
To succeed in the role, you:
- have administrative experience
- have strong written and verbal communication skills; and work with a high degree of accuracy
- have excellent time management and the ability to prioritize your work
- are able to work independently with great attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
- are well-organized and have the ability to multi-task.
