Position Overview
Eagle Ottawa – Lear Corporation is looking for an Administrator / Program Coordinator for an 18 months maximum term contract. This person will co-ordinate and provide valued support to the Program Manager. This position is based in our Coventry site.
Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to)
Working alongside with Program Manager
Coordinating and preparing meetings
General office administrator duties
Update reporting information
Hosting for external / internal visitors and events
Ad-hoc support, in line with business needs
To be a success in this role you must have:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Able to use MS Office packages to a high level
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Strong customer orientation
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
