This role requires that you leverage your proven solution, consulting and financial acumen skills to identify and understand client’s critical business issues. Focusing on opportunities to secure existing revenue and growth through effective solutions that secures and entrenches TransUnion’s brand with clients. You will engage with existing clients and prospects to develop high level business and commercial propositions that solve our clients pressing business issues that are aligned to our strategy and capability to deliver and that drive value for clients and profitability for TransUnion.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary Education with 4-5 years’ experience in solutioning with a background in credit, financial services risk management preferably in the client’s context
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proven experience in consulting, developing and implementing client solutions.
- Must be well organized with excellent analytical and negotiating skills, combined with superior oral and written communication skills, with a temperament to aggressively represent, persuade others and negotiate in the best interests of the company.
- Develops sales strategies to grow revenue from existing and new sales opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving revenue quotas through exploration of new conversations and opportunities within existing and new clients/markets
Impact You’ll Make
- Supports delivery of current year revenue plans by providing problem solving expertise and consultative services to uncover new opportunities and creates compelling value propositions to solve client’s critical business issues.
- Conducts diagnostic assessments to understand the root cause of customer’s business problems in order to drive best in class solutions to address customer pain points.
- Creates high level business and commercial propositions by accurately understanding, capturing and communicating client’s business issues and working with TU’s Solution Consulting and Product teams.
- Consults on solutions that deliver tangible value to TransUnion clients. Leverage business process experience, your industry knowledge to understand customer challenges and create solutions that deliver tangible return while growing revenue for TransUnion.
- Creates and presents clients business requirements in a non-complex manner explaining technical and analytical concepts while articulating their commercial value.
- Uses strong problem solving, analytical and relationship skills to identify opportunities for creative and innovative solutions.
- Enhances market perception of TransUnion as a Solutions provider, market leader and thought leader.
