Job Description
- Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle
- Ability to perform comprehensive feasibility analysis for new Projects/Program in a shared AEM infrastructure
- Ability to co-ordinate and lead AEM roadblock involving various stake holder Business , IT (Security) DevOps , Performance Team and Analytics
- Develop and execute Caching and Performance strategy
- Ability to fix complex issue related to AEM ex. dispatcher Configuration, CDN configuration, User Sync, ADID , Security Vulnerability , etc
- Define content model for content/ assets using Content Management Systems like AEM
- Serve as a technical expert across teams, clients and vendors. Work with alliances and partnerships to ensure deep understanding of the technologies
- Lead design and technical architecture activities to define overall software design
- Guide the team on best practices in CMS domain
- Start POCs and do early risk assessments
- Identify system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
- Track and identify new opportunities to improve our methodology and offerings.
Profile Description
- Graduate/Post-graduate in Computer Science/Computer Applications with 10+ years of hardcore technology experience with proven track record in defining solutions and executing multiple AEM. JEE/ J2EE projects
- Having 7+ years of strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5, implementing many full cycle AEM projects
- Expertise on integrating the frontend technologies with AEM (MUST Have)
- Hands-on experience in setting up AEM Projects in a Shared AEM Environment
- Hands-on experience in configuring Dispatcher, CI/CD pipeline, Custom Authentication, Redirect Map, RCA for performance , security, and site slowness issue
- Hands on experience in executing Caching strategy including CDN configuration (preferably CloudFront)
- Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles
- Experience on Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, Workflows is required
- Strong client interfacing, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep hands-on expertise in UI technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery and AngularJS, NodeJS, React JS based UI development in a TDD (Test Driven Development) driven approach
- Experience in using Object Oriented software development methodologies like XP- Agile, Scrum, Rapid Application Development & Test Driven Development and Extensive implementation knowledge of Software Design Patterns & multi- threaded Asynchronous Programming Model.
