Due to business success and expansion of the team, we are looking for naturally curious and ambitious Researcher with a social media, marketing and search bias. Whilst this role is the beginning of a career within Mindray, it is also integral to everything we do and is possibly one of the most challenging positions within our business.

As a Talent Search expert, you will be using your analytical skills to research and identify the very best talent in the market with a focus on significantly reducing cost whilst maintain quality standards.
You will take a whole market view and discover key individuals in our industry with in-demand skill sets, including researching and delivering the very best research technology to enable the talent acquisition team to seek those never visible candidates.
The most important qualities for this person are unwavering curiosity, analytical skills, social and web search tools experience, perseverance, dog eared determination and an eye for continuous improvement, all ideas are welcomed in our TA team and, as an integral part of the wider HR team, you have a platform to truly deliver excellence.

Your responsibilities:
- Desk based research including the creation of target company lists
- Identification of talent with names, titles and contact details
- Review of articles and web sourcing for market mapping
- Qualitative research to engage at the right level with potential talent
- Phone based research to verify information from many sources
- Approaching and building a full review of talent profiles and making recommendations to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Europe
- Arranging assessments and interviews at all levels, including with senior stakeholders
- Gathering feedback from candidates, ensuring the candidate journey is professional and timely
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline through ongoing networking and events
- Researching in the public domain and from free sources to build up a GDPR compliant knowledge base in Success Factors
- Provide market and company mapping through your insight and developed business awareness – presenting findings to Talent Acquisition Manager, Europe
- Offering recommendations for best practice based on real-time insight
What are we looking for in you?
- Degree level education (or equivalent) in a subject relevant to research or marketing
- Analytical skills with demonstrable business intellect
- Humility and ambition along with a sense of ownership… and sense of humour!
- Alongside a great eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure, you will showcase the right behaviours:
- Strong relationship management skills, both internally and externally
- Customer orientated, with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Obvious natural curiosity to go above and beyond expectations
- Well organised with experience of functioning independently as well as part of a team, requiring limited supervision
- Showcases creative thinking and a willingness to implement new approaches with entrepreneurial flair
- Understanding of cultural differences among various regions/countries in the world and how to work within those cultures.
- Fluent in written and verbal English with the ability to work in Europe without requiring sponsorship
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
