Missions and Responsibilities
Within the HR department and more particularly the HR Development division based in Paris (Headquarters), you are supervised by an HR Coordinator and you contribute to the administrative support of the division.
You ensure the administrative tasks of the secretariat and assistantship and assist the members of the team in their daily activities. Depending on the agenda, you are also required to provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources of the Paris Hub.
- Guarantee a high-quality welcome to all internal and external contacts by providing guidance and providing them with the necessary assistance and advice;
- Provide assistance to the service: management of telephone calls, organization of meetings / interviews and travel, entry of expense reports;
- In collaboration with the various departments of the HRD (Personnel Administration, Payroll, Social Relations, etc.), participate in the collection, circulation and dissemination of information, update the various dashboards, organizational charts and HRIS ( PeopleSoft HR, SAP Successfactor, SAP Ariba);
- Prepare the files necessary for the operation of the pole and manage the classification of these documents.
Profile
- You have a General or Technological Baccalaureate and are preparing for a BTS Assistant / Manager or a Professional License Office Manager, you have an appetite for Human Resources Management subjects;
- Your alternation rate is ideally 3 or 4 days in a company and 1 or 2 day (s) of training at school per week;
- Oral and written fluency in English as well as office automation tools (MS Pack Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential;
- Rigorous, organized and methodical, you ideally have significant experience in secretarial work / executive assistantship which has enabled you to develop your sense of service;
- You have demonstrated your capacity for reactivity, initiative and discretion in a similar mission and know how to manage priorities;
- Available, you like working in a team and know how to use your communication skills. You have an excellent level of spelling and writing skills.
