PRIMARY FUNCTION:
AG Parts Product Marketing Manager – . To drive effective Marketing Strategies, product initiatives in AMEA Region by researching Network requirements / experiences and to develop plans to communicate the benefits of Company’s products to the Network.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Lead the Development of new products until their launch and follow up on the existing range;
• Proactively Commodity Management,
• Drive and work together with all internal stakeholders (Product Marketing,Purchasing, Communication, Trade, Sales..) of Sub-Regions and external suppliers to define and execute product strategy for assigned families;
• Lead Strategic Product initiatives within AMEA Region,
• Benchmark in terms of product and price positioning according to the competitive scenario;
• Define and deploy to the markets main commercial activities for assigned product families;
• Support AMEA Sub-Regions markets specific requirements (e.g. new product offer, pricing, technical features)
• Monitor and follow up on the results to put in place recovery actions when needed;
• Feed the rest of marketing team with product information (e.g. commercial, customer benefits, competitive benchmark) to support the development of sales supporting tools (e.g. catalogues, app, salesmen guides..);
• Support new machine launches with dedicated focus on parts commercial proposal and price positioning.
• Prepare Strategic product initiatives’ Commercial Budget figures and follow-up regularly
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
• Strong interest in product management, previous experience in product management / development;
• Experience in the agricultural industry (IAM, OES) in Agricultural Equipment Manufacturers for 3 years minimum is mandatory;
• Field and application knowledge experience,
• Fluent in English, written and oral;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skill, as well as good synthesis skills;
• Ability to work independently and by objectives, as well as with a team;
• Being proactive, Self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic;
• Capacity to be adapt to a multicultural environment;
• Availability for short international travels;
• Dynamic and enthusiastic with good communication skills (clear and effective);
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint).
