We are currently seeking an Analyst for our headquarters in Bergen as our previous Analyst has advanced into a new position within Mowi. As Analyst you will have a unique opportunity to learn about and gain insight into the salmon industry, the seafood sector and Mowi.
The right individual will become part of a successful, market-leading group with a global structure, whose ambitious plans make for an exciting, fast-moving and rapidly developing business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysis of global supply and demand of salmon
- Analyse global consumer and market trends
- Collect and organise market information
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Trading of financial contracts in collaboration with sales team
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as required
Qualifications and skills:
- Relevant experience desirable, however, graduates are encouraged to apply
- Relevant education to Master level
- Strong analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, shows initiative and eager to learn
- Flexible and team player
- Strong excel skills. Experience with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tool is an advantage
- Good written and spoken Norwegian and English
