Job Summary
Technical Lead for ECM is expected to support implementation of OpenText AppWorks solution, including production support, enhancements and project related work
Job Description
Minimum 2 years of experience on OpenText Appworks platform tools and processes – and hands-on experience in implementation of the E2E of the OpenText products for two implementations.
Candidate should have experience in preparing the HLD, LLD design documents.
Through understanding of design principles, database architecture.
Work with business resources to understand needs, elicit and document requirements and coordinate with functional and technical teams for solution design
Understand technical architecture and use of the Open Text stack : App Works, Capture center, Content Suite and ihub
Provide assessment of solution options with associated business and technology impact, along with estimates for delivery
Perform testing of solutions, including preparation of test scenarios and scripts
Log issues and maintain status in designated ticket tracking tool
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and drive to completion
