ROLE NAME/TITLE: DM Accounts Payable (AP)
FUNCTION GFC WORK LOCATION Gurgaon GRADE – Analyst
PURPOSE: Responsible for managing & governing AP accounting activities:
Invoice Processing, GRIR, Blocked Invoices, leading improvement projects,
managing new process transitions & supporting the MIS requirements
KEY STAKEHOLDERS
US Based Procurement, Plant & logistics

Reports to : Senior Manager NAR F&A
Direct Reports: 5 FTEs

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
● Invoice processing (Direct & Indirect)
● Goods Received, Invoices to-be Received (Open GRNs) Management
● KPI delivery
● Project management & support liaison
● Transition support
● Dashboard Reporting
● Vendor Reconciliations
● Debit balance management
● Compliance management for the process
● Query management
