A Day In The Life

  • Be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) and Super-User for PBI and any future platforms supporting global Inbound Logistics analytics; the role holds unique knowledge of not only inbound, but cross-functional technologies that are being used by the lululemon supply chain
  • Support key global inbound strategic initiatives and programs
  • Lead functional reporting creation, design and maintenance for Inbound Logistics, and is responsible for communicating data throughout global inbound logistics and in any necessary cross functional settings
  • Enhance Logistics Service Provider (LSP) performance and status reporting with deeper data analysis and new KPI creation
  • Connect with Global Fulfillment and lululemon cross-functional teams on a regular basis, takes information from, and feeds information to such groups in key initiatives
  • Be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) and Super-User for Power BI and future inbound platforms that might be adopted by the business; the role couples logistics understanding of not only inbound, but other cross-functional teams such as FP&A, FA&P, MP&A, S&OP, DC Operations, Trade & Compliance, IT, and Outbound Logistics
  • Manage weekly and monthly LSP scorecards, interpreting metrics, providing insights on trends, and calling out opportunities for improvement
  • Support weekly LSP KPIs, monthly LSP scorecarding, vendor QBRs, and presentation of all these, RFPs, and timeliness and consistency of EDI data
  • Support key solution designs of all inbound global strategic initiatives and programs
  • Lead Business Intelligence and Reporting design for inbound logistics, and is responsible for communicating data throughout inbound logistics and in any necessary cross functional settings
  • Represent Inbound Logistics when communicating within Global Fulfillment and with cross-functional partners
  • Maintain relationships with, and evaluates performance of external Logistics Service Providers
  • Present information to Executive and Senior Management and Logistics Service Providers
  • Support key solution designs of inbound strategic initiatives and programs
  • Lead functional reporting creation, design and maintenance for inbound logistics operations, and is responsible for communicating data throughout inbound logistics, upstream to executive management, and in any necessary cross functional settings
  • Represent inbound logistics operations when communicating within Global Fulfillment, with cross-functional partners, and with Logistics Service Providers
  • Maintain relationships with, and evaluates performance of global LSPs

Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • 3+ years of logistics; 3+ years of advanced analytical experience including MS Excel
  • BI Tools such as Power BI or analytical/data visualisation tools
  • Supply Chain Platform experience (i.e. Infor Nexus)
  • Proven track record of successfully overseeing process improvements from start to finish
