Task:
Your responsibilities would consist of:
- Being responsible for incident, problem, change and release management;
- Ensuring platform stability and availability;
- Ensuring compliance of the production environment with the rules and regulations of the company;
- Monitoring of the infrastructure and the applications and analysing problems basing on product logs;
- Communicating and collaborating with users and developers of the platform;
- Ensuring that the application documentation is complete and up-to-date;
- Working in an Agile team setup and participating in Kanban meetings.
Profile:
The skills and experience we would like you to have:
- Strong experience with Linux / Unix operating systems;
- Professional experience with software application support (focus on Java-based applications);
- Good familiarity with relational databases;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Experience with cloud solutions (OpenShift / GCP / Azure / AWS) would be an advantage;
- Familiarity with agile methodologies;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Fluency in English – both written and spoken;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
