| Our Seclin establishment, located near Lille in the Hauts de France, is located upstream of the DASSAULT AVIATION aircraft manufacturing process. Our establishment specializes in the manufacture of metal structural parts for civil and military aircraft.
Attached to the Control Agent of the Wing Forming sector, of the Central Plan / Rough Forming sector or of the Sheet Metal Coating sector, and integrated into a team of 25 people, you will discover the basics of the aeronautical boilermaker profession.
You will learn how to perform boilermaking operations from flat machined parts, curved or smooth type parts, by respecting the plans, the specifications of the instruction sheet and the tolerances.
The current operations at the post are:
- Forming / Straightening;
- Planing;
- Folding;
- Tracing;
- Control.
You will also be able, during your apprenticeship and according to your sector of assignment, to carry out heat treatment (tempering, annealing, quenching) on our parts.
You will be required to work with the following services:
- Industrialization Office;
- Quality Services Technical Control;
- Logistics.
In a clean, pleasant and secure environment, the proposed activity will allow you to gradually gain autonomy and versatility.
This learning will also develop your knowledge of aerostructure.
On your arrival, we will offer you a reception system to allow you to better understand your entity, DA and its challenges, and to meet other apprentices.
