Apprentice Technician Maintenance Methods M / F

You join our team of 3 Maintenance Methods Technicians and report directly to the Head of Department.

At the heart of the Maintenance Methods department, you will participate in particular:

• the definition and provision of elements for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance operations (technical documentation, spare parts, maintenance ranges and data from the CMMS system);
• the study of equipment to identify dysfunctions and determine their origins;
• proposing technical solutions to improve the mechanical and / or electrical part of the installations;
• the integration of new equipment into our CMMS (numerically controlled machines, conventional machines, hydraulic presses, quenching furnaces).

As part of your apprenticeship, you will work closely with the maintenance and manufacturing teams.

This position will allow you to discover complex industrial systems. You will acquire skills in the areas of dysfunction analysis, work organization, site monitoring, validation and the equipment return-to-service process.

On your arrival, we will offer you a reception system to allow you to better understand your entity, DA and its challenges, and to meet other apprentices.

You have knowledge of physics, technology and electrical engineering.

Good interpersonal skills would be appreciated.
