The Architecture team is responsible for the development, maintenance and evolution of Transurban’s Enterprise Architecture. Reporting to the Head of Architecture, the Architecture Practice Manager is a key position responsible for supporting the function’s service delivery to the wider business.

The impact you’ll have
- You’ll understand traditional enterprise frameworks like TOGAF but drive continuous improvement and modernisation of Architecture materials through focused initiatives to streamline governance and engagement
- You’ll be accountable for Architectural supply and demand management maintaining a forward plan for architecture resourcing across strategic, project, and operational initiatives
- You’ll measure, monitor and maintain maturity ratings, operational metrics and KPI’s for all aspects of architecture
- You’ll run Governance forums such as Architecture and Design Councils ensuring consistent operations and standardisation of documentation
- You’ll manage the Architecture Community of Practice (CoP)

- Strong commercial acumen coupled with excellent communication, stakeholder, organisation and planning abilities
- Significant success shaping Architecture teams in non-waterfall delivery environments
- Proven experience in developing and furthering key stakeholder relationships across a large and complex environment
- Experience within a time-sheet and recovery driven environment beneficial
