Purpose of Role: The ASM exists to deliver thru’ their Dealers + Dealer Sales Team, (a) Targeted Sales (b) Customer Satisfaction and (c) Profitably for the Dealers
Develop LMM Micro Level Strategy for the Region to ensure a concrete path towards achievement of the targeted volume and market share.
Identify Model-wise & geography-wise opportunities in the dealerships and make the business profitable
Execution of plans for channel network expansion there by ensuring increased Volumes & Market share
Planning & execution of incentive for the channel partners
Ensure process improvements using various initiatives to drive customer & dealer satisfaction
Executing various schemes, promotional activities, pricing of vehicles for the region there by ensuring competitive advantage
Escalate concern management, part support Dealer Inventory management. Tracking & monitoring the FFT & BO, coordinating with sourcing team for improving these parameters.
