JOB DUTIES:
• Assemble component parts into completed units within blueprint specification and design tolerances.
• Maintain acceptable performance standards for assembly, production, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
• Inspect parts or completed units by using visual inspection, gages, tape measures, check fixtures, calipers, or other equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation by taking pride in having a clean work environment.
• Assist the Sr Team Lead with day-to-day tasks and use communication skills to train new employees on stations.
• Perform repairs to assure quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Read and understand Bill of Materials and maintain an even work flow on lines.
• Other duties as assigned.
