(Assistant) Retail HR Manager

Work with campus team to lead LRT project and identify the best LRT talents in adherence with L’Oréal’s values and ethics

Implement various sourcing solutions, with a preference for digital

Develop a high-quality LRT experience: monitor target candidates, inform candidates regularly of progress

Complete recruitment reports (KPIs), analyze them, and make suggestions for improvement in terms of profiles and processes

Develop and promote L’Oréal’s employer brand (EVP) by representing the company at events linked to recruitment

Build strong partnerships with key business players to ensure that the best LRT / Counter Manager talents are integrated to the team

Ensure a close follow-up of LRT / Counter Manager talents, know them and listen to them

Provide LRT / Counter Manager talent lists and succession planning, draw-up development plans.

Be responsible for internal BA communication/engagement activities

Requirements:

– 2-5 years of solid experience in the above roles,campus experience is preferred

– Good oral and written skills in English and Mandarin Chinese

– Entrepreneurial spirit and digital/creativity mindset

– High degree of integrity, a positive attitude, and an ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
