Assistant Manager -Service Business Management

As Service Business Management in Assistant Manager capacity working for Omron Asia Pacific HQ based out of Singapore, responsible for promoting, monitoring and enhancing those established services business model in the region to achieve Service business goal of Omron Asia Pacific group by being self-motivated and independent to achieve individual as well as team goals aligned with company’s strategic direction.

Execution:

Implement service initiatives planned across Omron Asia Pacific region.

i. Customer training services

ii. Technical support services

iii. Robot service contract promotion and market hearing.

iv. Robot spare parts stock and repair service management

Conduct refresh service selling skill up workshop on quarterly basis to make service selling model familiar to sales engineers.

Work with sales company management and service planning team to implement schemes or policy to monetize areas identified by analysing data.

Implement Cross border service support scheme in Asia pacific region.

Facilitate task force team to roll out industry specific new training courses.

Service price management in Omron Asia Pacific region

Align with industry business leaders to identify new service development opportunities.

2. Operation:

 

Conduct PDCA with sales companies to ensure

i. Service opportunities are captured in CRM

ii. Growth of technical support service

iii. Improvement on NSC service infra and capability

Reports (monthly, forecast and budget).

Work in close collaboration business data analytics team, Regional service business teams, supply chain management, business data analytics team, service team from Omron Japan HQ & factories.

 

 

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in engineering (Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical)

Master’s in Business Administration (Sales/ Marketing /Service)

Skills & Behavioral Competencies :

 

Strong verbal & written Communication

Strong MS Excel and Presentation skills with an eye for details.

Strong leadership skills.

Strong desire to learn & Self-motivated.

Ready to take challenges and ability to work under pressure.
