What is the opportunity?
To work on preparing market analysis, strategic analysis and financial modelling for clients in the Business Services sector, as well as working towards advising clients on their strategy and the successful implementation of transactions.
What will you do?
- Assisting in execution of mandated deals
- Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
- Gathering public information through numerous sources
- Creating financial model analyses
- Analysing company performance on an absolute and relative basis
- Drafting marketing documents for clients
- Producing and maintaining various databases
- General research
What do you need to succeed?
- Experience within an Invesment Banking Sector Coverage Team or within the Transaction Advisory Team of a Consultancy
- Candidates should have knowledge of financial services accounting and regulatory capital through their current employment
- Sound judgment, particularly in valuation matters, with strong analytical skills
