Role Overview and your responsibilities:
- You will be here to transform the way in which we provide valuation services to our clients by providing a cutting-edge service.
- You will have a chance to learn and develop new skills in valuation techniques including using Argus DCF, data management systems and client service.
- You will cooperate with the team to meet all objectives.
- I am not sure if this role is for you but as an Associate Director you will be working independetly and as a team to change the face of property with regard to ESG, bring new ideas and help with training and supporting less experienced team members progress within the team and JLL.

We look for a person who has/is:
- Member of RICS – 3+ years PQE.
- Proven red book valuation experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational & time management skills to meet the deadlines and provide great service to our clients.
- Ability to take on challenging valuations, work under tight dealines and willing to work as a team player in diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Excel or Argus Enterprise and Argus Developer valuation packages as these will be your main tools.
- An eye for detail to be comfortable with thorough report writing and excel.
