Performs duties with minimal supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks, duties and goals. Applies exceptional customer service skills and knowledge to non-routine issues within major function and scope of the job. Performs elevated customer service tasks pertinent to logistics related activities. Provides feedback on the development, documentation and implementation of logistics business solutions practices.
Major Function and Scope:
Freight Maintenance—Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately by validating the correct Warehouse, Ship via, Freight Code, and Freight Zone to orders that are blocked due to inaccuracies.
Analyze the root cause of orders that are blocked due to freight data inaccuracies.
Order History Analysis—Work across multiple departments to determine root cause of freight claims, and validate/deny reason for claim.
Analyze all billing error summary reports
Perform other duties as required.

Type of Experience and Knowledge:
Knowledge, Experience, Competencies and Supervision:
High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
Microsoft Office Suite skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
2-3 years of supply chain experience required.
