Position Summary
Job Purpose
The candidate will be responsible for driving the B2B strategy for mobile devices and Knox solutions. This includes total ownership of driving product strategy into the B2B market and absolute owner for Product Sales Targets and Profitability of the B2B segment. The B2B PM will be a liaison between the Sales Team, Marketing, Service and Channel for all products and services related matters.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze B2B performance and indicate new opportunities to drive sell-out among B2B clusters
Support sales team to define offer / product / portfolio proposition in all B2B channels
Develop go-to-market strategies for new products for the Italian B2B market product positioning, price positioning, promotions, sales channel strategy and target demographics/verticals.
Develop and enhance sell-out platforms for B2B market such as trade-in for enterprises, leasing offers, enhanced B2B insurance and after sales solutions, bundle for B2B etc,
Create cross category synergies such as PC + Mobile , Tablet + Mobile etc. to match B2B several requirements and business opportunities
Support B2B2C offers creation for IM products
Support sales & marketing to develop strategic and intelligence business reports
Manage and maintain pricing / pricelist for product and services
Manage GTM and lifecycle management of EE products and also no-EE in order to avoid to win bids with EOL devices that we cannot supply
Control and manage P&L and investments for B2B channel, including B2B of operators
Brief and coordinate development of clustered solution (with P&S) that match and create business opportunities
B2B sample management
Product Marketing brief to communication / marketing team and monitor that investments will be allocated in line with strategic needs
Pre-sales and training for B2B
Check demand status and planning and suggest any corrections
Work with the Korean and European HQ on future products and solutions line up strategies based on market and industry trends
Analyze performance and utilize market research to further drive sell through performance and increase market share for respective product categories
Create and manage frequent reporting requirements for Samsung Italy and HQ
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in Economics;
Professional Background: 6-8 years’ experience in Product Marketing in B2B companies operating in IT sector with a deep Knowledge of SMB market.
Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.
Language Knowledge: Very good command of English.
Others: ability to work under pressure in a very dynamic environment, strong target orientation and excellent analytical skills. Outstanding communication and relation abilities.
