Bank Card Operations Specialist

Zions Bancorporation is currently accepting applications for a Bank Card Operations Specialist located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position will be work from home until 2022 and will then go to a hybrid work from home and in office schedule. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm.

The Retail Loan Finance Operations department is now hiring for a Bankcard Operations Specialist that will have the following duties:

  • Develop and analyze financial and statistical reporting to aid management in decision making.
  • Prepare spend analysis and profitability of bankcard products.
  • Prepare forecasting, KPI’s, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Prepare monthly accrual entries.
  • Track/reconcile/analyze vendor expenses/invoices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some experience with bank/credit cards operations and processing or other directly related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.
  • A combination of education and experience.
  • ATM operations or other directly related experience preferred.
  • Must have good customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to research and solve issues.
  • Good decision making, problem solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to quality/detail.
  • Working knowledge of various pc software; including Microsoft products, intermediate experience with Excel
