The Zions Bancorporation Enterprise Technology and Operations team is currently accepting applications for a Wire Transfer Specialist in either our Salt Lake City, UT or Phoenix, AZ location. The schedule will be Monday-Friday,8:30 AM-5:00 PM.

The qualified candidate for this position will be responsible for processing wire transfer activity. Answer client calls to assist with entering and approving wires following strict regulations and procedures. Resolves all system generated exceptions. Uses various proprietary computer programs and Microsoft products for transactional processing.
Qualifications:
- Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some experience in wires processing, accounting, banking operations or other directly related experience.
- A combination of education or experience may meet requirements.
- Must be accurate and have good communication, phone customer service and computer skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, resolve issues with assistance/direction.
- Ability to work well with team members to accomplish daily tasks.
