With our head office located in Murdoch and world-class production facilities in Kwinana, you don’t have to work fly-in, fly-out to get the best hands-on-experience.

Opportunities are offered at:

  • CSBP and Kleenheat production facilities in Kwinana (Engineering: Mechanical, Mechatronic, Process / Chemical, Electrical),
  • Head Office in Murdoch (Commercial, Data Science, Business Development, and Cyber Security), or
  • Our Commercial Laboratory and rural locations (Agricultural Science, Agronomy, and Laboratory).

We continue to seek high calibre talent, and offer unique opportunities to apply and grow your technical expertise, collaborate and build your leadership capability.

Our programme provides you with an opportunity to:

  • Apply your theoretical learnings from university to real projects
  • Work closely with a mentor who will guide and assist you during the 12 week programme
  • Be assigned a project that is meaningful and current, as well as have the opportunity to present your outcomes to our leadership team
  • Develop skills for future employment, including leadership, communication, presentation and influencing skills

High performing students may be offered a cadetship with WesCEF which provides financial support and casual employment through the final year of university and a pathway to our graduate programme.

Our vacation programme is the main pathway to our cadetship and graduate programme, so we are with you all the way, offering tailored training, support and guidance and a launchpad towards a great career.

Expressions of interest are now open, register your interest before Sunday, 20 June 2021 to ensure you are kept up-to-date when applications open early July 2020.
