We are currently looking for a Solutions Sales Executive, who is a highly motivated individual and the driver for net new business acquisition in your territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding net new business opportunities in your region
- Apply an in-depth understanding of sales methodology to address complex and strategic service solutions
- Either alone or working collaboratively with other sales specialists, present Ricoh’s Solutions and Services to potential clients
- Recommend and provide the client with the right solution for their evolving business requirements and/or needs
- Work with sales and management resources to achieve and exceed targets in selling Solutions and Services to new prospects
- Represent Ricoh when required to present at Go to Market events
- Provide thorough insight into the financial results and forecast of sales of strategic and complex services.
- In collaboration with marketing resources, develop and support Go to Market campaigns
- Continually cultivate a deep understanding of technology services and trends.
Qualifications:
- Preference would be given to candidates with 5 – 10 year of sales experience
- Proven track record in sales and service
- Desire and passion for sales/business development
- Possess strong presentation skills and the ability to influence decision makers
- High level of business acumen, in order to have “business discussions with business people”
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to investigate, understand and communicate business outcomes in relation to technology decisions.
- The ability to comprehend and then articulate technical jargon in easily understood terms
- A positive outlook with client and team success as the ultimate goal
- Strong communications (oral and written), presentation and listening skills
- Outstanding organizational, analytical and strategic thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail
- A successful track record of exceeding targets
- Exception planning, negotiating and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Experience using LinkedIn as networking and business development platform
Skills:
- You work effectively individually or as part of a team with great interpersonal and consulting skills
- An effective communicator- you have the ability to express ideas clearly in multiple formats strengthening our customer’s confidence and building strong relationships. You must be fluent in French and English
- You thrive in a fast paced environment
- You enjoy technology, embrace learning and expanding your knowledge
