Calling all Creators!!

We are recruiting for a Brand Activation Manager to build and execute our brand strategy with 2 of our key specialist retail partners. This creator will manage and execute the strategic account plan, monitor market trends and define marketing campaigns with a consumer first approach.

Seeking candidates with a strong marketing background, growth mindset and great communication skills.

Proven ability to help build and execute the brand activation plans
Ability to deliver and adapt brand toolkits across all channels and create bespoke tools where relevant in line with the target consumer and across multiple specialist categories
Motivation to continuously look at new innovations to engage the consumer and drive sell through
Ambition to drive and review sell through and consumer engagement against agreed KPIs and take learnings for future activity
Experience measuring the effectiveness of the account activation plans’ ensuring execution with excellence visually and via sell out
Experience managing budgets and costs
Brand, retail market & consumer knowledge
High influencing skills and ability to make fact based decisions
Project management
Proven brand or retail marketing experience
