Business Administrator

Description

Mitsubishi Motors is looking for a Marketing Business Administrator to join their Marketing team. As the Marketing Business Administrator you will support the Marketing department’s business plans and processes, including contract management, expenditure tracking and file management.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

Support the Marketing, Product and Sales Operations team on various projects including overseeing contractual obligations, expenditure tracking, and budget analysis.

Oversee and maintain expenditures for the Marketing, Product and Sales departments, including routing purchase requisitions, tracking purchase orders and processing invoices.

Administer vendor contracts (Master Service Agreements, Scopes of Work, Nondisclosure Agreements, etc.) including contract renewals, contract negotiations and recommendations, setting up vendors in the AP system and acting as liaison between the Business Unit, Legal, Procurement and vendor.

Prepare budget/expenditure related reports as requested by management for Marketing, Product and Sales.

Support the marketing team by preparing presentations, analyzing and reporting marketing data, and managing marketing file system of fully executed documents and invoices that can be accessed by other parties.

Act as liaison between Marketing, Product and Sales Operations and other departments such as Procurement, Finance, and Internal Audit.

Support marketing initiatives such as assisting with production jobs/estimates and KPI tracking in conjunction with the CRM Database Analyst.

Engage in inter-department projects, participate as a team member, and contribute towards successful implementation of marketing projects.

Other duties and projects as assigned or required.

What you’ll have:

5+ years of experience in project management, marketing support, financial and/or budgetary management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other major with equivalent work experience.

Comprehensive knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of financial management platforms like SAP a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and follow-up skills.

Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with all levels of the management and external vendors/customers.

Understanding of marketing industry or some background experience in marketing is a plus
