Job Description/Details: It is an exciting time to be part of Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking Team as we transform our organization to be simpler, stronger and smarter. As a Business Initiatives Consultant, you will be responsible assisting our lines of business and functional groups to achieve their goals using data, reporting and analytics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Development and maintenance of tools, trackers, and databases to support the needs of our businesses and functional groups
  • Development and publishing of regular and exceptions reporting
  • Development of future looking insights
  • Ownership of the master process inventory, ensuring alignment with Enterprise systems of record
  • Enabling the use of technology and automation solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and insights of reporting

Required qualifications

  • All default qualifications for the role
  • Advanced SharePoint development experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Tableau development experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
