Job Description

With potential to grow the business and expand the operations, you will be a successful leader and know how to manage a large team to success. Ideally you will also be active in the industry and maintain your up to date industry knowledge and be seen as a leader in the industry.

The key responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring client’s needs are constantly met and exceeded through service quality and product development
  • Leading a safe and healthy site
  • Developing and guiding team members to their full potential
  • Maintaining smooth site operations promoting performance, and compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Managing and taking accountability for site budgets and forecasting
  • Leading the team to drive continuous improvement in operations

Qualifications

You are a highly commercial and experienced leader who knows how to inspire and motivate people to achieve peak performance.  Demonstrated experience in driving operational efficiencies and improvement in Drilling, Equipment and Inspection (DEI) industry is required. You can also demonstrate:

  • Demonstrable experience in Senior Leadership position.
  • Sound change management and project management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in business management.
  • A relevant tertiary education
  • Build cohesive teams to achieve optimum performance
  • Strong customer orientation and focus
  • Sound commercial acumen
  • Strong organisation and efficiency
  • Analytical problem solving
  • Able to effectively introduce and manage change
