In this role, you will be responsible for leading, creating, conceptualizing programs, implementing and maintaining SAP and Ariba projects for Supply Chain organization. You will use your leadership, problem solving, program management skill to collaborate between internal teams in Supply Chain, Planning, IT and externally with vendors, contract manufacturers and. Successful candidate holds
Expert understanding of supply demand matching, BOM attributes, process optimization and financial impacts
Proficient in communicating and translating between business need and IT functional work.
Experience in system implementation
Excellent communicator, executive level presenter.
Able to roll up his or her sleeves and deliver in depth and detail work.
Prestige change management skill
What you will do
Define and document business requirements, lead process design, prototyping, and participate in functional design stages of SAP IBP & Ariba implementations.
Act as liaison between business, internal and external system engineers and vendors to create business solutions.
This includes:
– current state and future business process scenarios input output designs, flow mapping.
-Design use case, facilitate UAT, and provide user training. dashboards, metrics and reports.
Ongoing maintenance of the system.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
10 years’ experience in high tech industry, preferably a combination of process engineering, planning, supply chain, system implementation etc.
Demonstrates strong background in systems such as SAP, Oracle
