Customer Service Representative – Guadalajara

Cognizant is currently looking for fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives to join our team, and take part in supporting our client- a worldwide leader in the retail industry.
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Full domain of the English language, both verbal and written, and must have excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer skills with various tools including but not limited to MS Office applications, email, and Internet Explore
- Good typing skills, and a great ability to multi-task
- availability to work from home initially with an option to work in our delivery center located in Guadalajara (post COVID contingency)
o To work from home, a phone and high internet speed will be required (50+ Mbps or availability to upgrade)
- Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, high demand environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Additional requirements:
- Demonstrate ability to participate and complete all required training programs
- Ability to work effectively and exercise sound business judgment in a team environment, as well as independently
- Demonstrates flexibility in work shift to meet department needs
- Demonstrate ability to deal with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive service oriented attitude
- Ability to work scheduled shifts & meet all attendance & performance standards
