Duration and start date: 12 months with beginning of September / October 2021
Your Responsibilities:
After an integration and training period, within this framework and under the country HR manager’s responsibility, you will participate in the following activities:
- Participate in drafting offer letters and work contracts
- Update employee files
- Contribute to personal administration management
- Answer employees’ questions (leave, absences, HR processes, …)
- Follow the medical visits up
- Participate in processing variable payroll elements
- Work on different HR projects
- Participate in set up and drafting work procedures
- Reinforce the team in HR development if needed
The apprentice may be entrusted with other cross-cutting or operational tasks on subjects requiring his/her skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
- You’re looking for a work-study contract to prepare your bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources
- You’re organized and rigorous
- You have the sense of contact, listening, diplomacy and discretion
- You’re proactive and are committed to meeting deadlines
- You like teamworking and are comfortable with computer tools
- You’re able to work in English (written and spoken)
- You have an enthusiastic temperament that will allow you to get involved
