The Cell Therapy Medical Manager (Final Signatory) will lead the development and execution of the country Medical Affairs Plan for the Cell Gene business franchise, which encompasses a large portfolio of CAR-T cell therapies in a variety of haemato-oncological indications. You will act as a senior medical advisor to the team; deputising for the Medical Head when required.
The successful individual will be an accountable scientific partner, , close collaborator of leading KOL at the forefront of clinical development of CAR-T cell therapies able to communicate externally and internally and comfortable in gathering and sharing insights with country, regional and global business partners.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement country medical strategy to support overall cross-functional/franchise objectives, collaborating across functions.
• Interpret medical data, define and execute dissemination strategy.
• Develop and implement country strategy for Non Interventional Studies/Investigator Initiated Trial activities including maximising use of registries /RWE generation.
• Serve as country medical resource for TA and product training.
• Build partnerships with country medical experts (ME), addressing their needs.
• Share clinical insights on country MEs’ needs to Dev and Commercial.
• In collaboration with CRMA, engage MEs in clinical trials & identify partners for research collaboration.
• Ensure compliance of information and communication with P3 and relevant local regulations.
