Micron CPG is looking for a Channel Marketing manager based in Bracknell (UK) to set the strategy and drive execution for building a long term and deeper relationship with our channel partners in the region. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Channel Marketing for CPG in UK and Europe, this role will drive a significant impact across the CPG’s business growth in the UK, Ireland and Nordics memory and storage solutions market.

Responsibilities and Tasks
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive CPGs channel marketing programs by setting clear goals, tracking against defined business plan, and driving growth across the entire channel.
- Collaborate with peers in the regional Sales organization, and global channel marketing organization to drive growth for CPG’s products within distributors, System Integrators (SI’s), Resellers and online, and brick and mortar retailer.
- Partner and influence sales, product marketing, and digital marketing teams to drive growth goals and initiatives per region and key accounts
Channel Account Management:
- Develop and execute quarterly and seasonal account specific marketing and promotional plans
- Identify and oversee the development of marketing deliverables for all accounts in the region
- Participate in weekly sales and marketing account planning sessions
- Manage the marketing relationships with our key customers working with their marketing teams to develop, execute, and report on account marketing activities
- Negotiate quarterly marketing contracts aligning to budget while optimizing marketing mix for brand exposure and sales growth
- Manage channel incentives and channel partner event marketing activities in the region
- Manage MDF, VIR, and Coop marketing budgets aligning spend to product and account goals
- Provide competitive marketing analysis to our sales, product marketing, and pricing teams informing them of competitive promotions, price moves, and changes to marketing strategy in the region
- Plan and implement product launch activities with go-to-market accounts
- Define, Manage and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly promotional campaigns monitoring overall effectiveness and sales
- Lead team to create and track an annual promotional marketing calendar and communicate promotional opportunities to sales and product marketing teams
Requirements:
- 3-5 years or more of Channel Marketing experience in Europe with a record of driving explosive growth in UK and Nordics
- Strong communication skills are essential, and fluency in another language would be desirable
- Experience in the technology, semiconductor and or memory and storage industry
- Proven experience in building partner relationships at both executive and operational levels
- Experience working with Distribution, etail and retail partners in the region is preferred
- Proven data-driven decision-maker with well-developed business and financial management skills
- Expertise in contracting, negotiating, and change management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to events, training and customer visits
- Ability to represent the company in a highly professional manner both over the phone and face-to-face
