Client Service Officer Private Banking

To complete our team within the Private Banking Client Service Department in Geneva, we are looking for a Client Service Officer within the International Desk (100%, permanent position)

Main responsibilities

• Providing a top quality service to clients (regular contact with overseas client relation officers);
• Controling and processing transactions;
• Documenting any action or activity in the banking system;
• Preparing and controling of documents for the account opening;
• Spreading information to all overseas client relation officers;
• Complying with internal directives in regards with cross border activities;
• Diverse administrative duties.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years of expericence as a CSO in a private
• banking environment;
• Very good understanding of financial instruments (funds, tracker, structured products, derivatives such as options on securities and FX);
• Good knowledge of Compliance / AML topics;
• Able to cope with pressure and handle a heavy workload;
• Flexible and able to multitask;
• Accurate and detail oriented;
• Fluent French and English, any other language is an advantage.
