CNC Machinist

To produce accurate machined components that conform the manufacturing drawings/Information and workshop procedures that are finished on time and to a high standard of quality.

 

Maintain adherence to all company processes and procedures.

To produce accurate machined components that complies with all manufacturing drawings and workshop procedures.

To ensure all work is carried out to schedule to produce an exceptional rate of on time delivery to the rest of the business.

Assist the Engineering and assembly teams to overcome any manufacturing/assembly problems.

Continuous improvement is always sought to improve processes and procedures and rework is kept to a minimum.

Ensure quality and service objectives are achieved, reporting clearly to the Machine Shop Manager at the earliest opportunity when problems arise.

To ensure all work is carried out to schedule to produce an exceptional rate of on time delivery to the rest of the business.

Develop and maintain high standards of work and appearance in the workshop as a showcase for the business.

Complete daily tasks to help the other team members i.e. sweeping up
