The Job
An opportunity has arisen in our Commercial Excellence team, part of the wider Finance & Operations function, for a Commercial Excellence Business Partner. You will be responsible for driving cross functional effectiveness by providing insight and guidance to our regional teams on their performance and market environment.

Through the provision of accurate, timely and actionable information and recommendations you will influence Sales and Marketing strategic decisions.

In this role your main stakeholders will be internal customers, comprising sales, marketing, medical and market access, the UK Leadership Team and Finance & Operations. You will also work with external customers, which may include market research, liaising closely with specialist market insights data providers.

Qualifications
Educated to degree level, or equivalent qualification within business, economics, marketing, life sciences or similar. Ideally you will have achieved a marketing or business informatics professional qualification.

You will have a proven track record in a Business Intelligence/analytics role, and your background will be in marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or market access. Field force effectiveness experience is highly desirable.

From a technical perspective you will have advanced Excel and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and tailor the message to the audience at each organisational level. You will need to have an understanding of the NHS landscape, advanced analytical abilities, together with the confidence and strong communication skill required to make recommendations to the business.
