Communications Assistant

What it’s about

Partners Group’s Communications team is responsible for the firm’s external communications, including media relations, social media, and content production. To support this busy team, Partners Group is looking for a Communications Coordinator to join its London office. In this diverse and challenging role, you will take responsibility for a number of key administrative and project management tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team. These tasks will include the production of basic visual and graphic content, for example imagery and infographics.

This opportunity would suit candidates with experience in administrative functions or project management support and a strong interest in graphic design and communications. The role would also suit an individual with graphic design experience and strong organizational skills.

 

Your tasks will include

  • Managing the upload and distribution of press releases and other communications announcements internally and externally, including contact and list management
  • Media monitoring, website and social media analytics
  • Administrating the Partners Group websites, uploading new content and ensuring information is up-to-date
  • Maintaining report templates, social media templates, factsheets and producing infographics mainly in PowerPoint, InDesign and Word
  • Overseeing Partners Group’s corporate design & imagery task portfolio, together with our graphics team, including quarterly corporate imagery production and logo management
  • Project managing the production of published content, videos and podcasts for external use
  • Overseeing service provider relationships
  • Team planning and logistics support
  • Inbox monitoring for generic email addresses

  • Strong interest in working in communications or graphic design to develop a career in this field
  • Relevant work experience an advantage
  • Experience in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word) and video editing skills (such as with Premiere Pro or After Effects)
  • Knowledge of social media management and website management, including using analytics and tracking tools, is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Interest in business and finance; understanding of private markets is a plus
