We pride ourselves on always doing the right thing for our customers and their pets. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring our customers get the right outcome to their complaint. We’re looking for somebody who is passionate about both pets and investigating in complaints to work in our Pet Insurance complaints department.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Build a strong level of rapport with our customers to understand the root causes of their complaints.
- Effectively handle and resolve those complaints within regulatory guidelines.
- Achieve appropriate outcomes for our customers and our business in line with Allianz values.
- Develop and maintain the appropriate level of technical and business knowledge to handle complaints in the most efficient manner and to ensure a full audit trail of your work is saved on our internal data base.
- Provide support to our Insight Team to drive corrective actions across our business.
• Previous experience of tailoring written communication to individual customers needs is essential.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role is also crucial. With the ability to be able to verbally negotiate, build rapport and reason with our customers being key.
• Strong organisation, planning and decision making skills are also essential.
• IT literacy and being proficient in the full Microsoft Office package is required. Full internal systems training will be provided.
• A complaints and dispute resolution background is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the Financial Ombudsman Service and their processes is also advantageous.
