Come be a part of our team – you’ll work with great people! TransUnion is seeking a compliance team member to participate in risk management activities, including risk assessments as well as monitoring and oversight of compliance activities.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- 0-1 years of relevant enterprise risk and control management experience; preferably in an operations environment. This is an entry level role
- College grads or interns with relevant course work welcomed to apply
- Basic knowledge of enterprise risk management and control concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to bridge business and technical environments, and ability to build professional relationships
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all areas of work
- Organization and time management skills, specifically working to deadlines with multiple deliverables
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to analyze and present data and information effectively
- Process oriented through effective control monitoring and management
- Maintaining regulatory compliance in a complex environment
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft office suite of products (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
Impact You’ll Make
- Monitor certain program processes for assurance
- Assist with process reviews
- Engage with different team members on the execution of compliance program processes
- Escalate issues to the relevant stakeholders
- Perform assessment to ensure compliance with requirements and commitments
- Work with direct manager, internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment to key initiatives
- Maintain and prioritize workload to ensure focus on efficiencies in compliance tasks
