Job Description:
- Assist the HOD with relevant inputs & coordination for annual business plan exercise
- Assist the HOD with required KPI monitoring and reporting for both the company and the various departments
- Prepare the relevant management information reporting & analysis for both General and Life business
- Perform relevant market & industry analysis
- Prepare the required meeting minutes for key meetings (e.g. quarterly business results analysis meetings)
- Any other project/work assigned by the company
Requirement:
- Degree or above, with Business related discipline
- Candidates with insurance experience will be preferred
- Proficient in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and people skill
