Retail and Agency – Customer Growth, Direct Insurance Australia

 

 

The Role

 

The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to create and implement initiatives designed specifically for the retail and agency network which optimise performance and support growth and customer objectives. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring strategy is executed, you will take accountability and make it happen.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Responsibility for ensuring execution of the agreed retail and agency strategies including: –

Focus on the digital requirements for branches and agencies and working with appropriate stakeholders to deliver digital solutions

Translation of CVP’s into executable initiatives, specifically for retail and agency

Building a delivery proposition for customers who are culturally and linguistically diverse, and tailoring the experience for specific customer needs in particular markets

Responsible for branch footprint, location and layout –consistent with our brand and supportive of CVP and CX aspirations

Understand the particular needs of retail/agency customer segments and continually iterate service delivery/propositions to exceed customer expectations and meet organisational service delivery goals

One to one marketing – work with NSW Customer Growth team to plan and execute marketing campaigns to support high value customers and support growth aspirations

Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate” go to market” initiatives into operational plans specific to Retail/Agency to support business objectives

Strong planning capability and commercial acumen

Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
