Our Customers are at the heart of everything we do and we are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are devoted pet lovers and passionate about animals to join us in our Brentford office.
We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, friendly and professional to be able to deliver the high level of service our customers expect. Enthusiasm is vital, because we expect your last customer of the day to receive exactly the same great experience as your first. Previous customer service experience is welcome, but what’s most important is that you have the right attitude, dedication and commitment to great customer service, as well as the confidence and ability to deal with complex service and sales enquiries. High levels of resilience and perseverance, good communications skills and maths competency are essential.
What will you be doing? You’ll spend your time talking to new and existing customers about all their pet insurance needs, including general enquiries, policy renewals and new business. You’ll be fully trained in all our insurance products and empowered to deliver outstanding customer service every time. You will need to be comfortable operating within a financial services compliant environment. Hours: Our operating hours are: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday 9am-5pm (you will work 2 in 5 Saturdays – when you work a Saturday you will get a day off in lieu).
